- Achieved overall increase in gross profits from $250,000 to $4.5 million annually through effective creation of new brands, and utilization of new media, to attract new customers and ensure repeat business.
- Managed multiple creative projects while maintaining strict deadlines and budget requirements. Projects included flyer/brochure design, banner production, ad copy, brand creation, clothing production, video design, photography, interior design, event planning and production.
- Implemented new technologies and IT infrastructure to increase productivity and reduce costs. Projects included network improvements, computer installation and maintenance, software evaluation and purchasing, Point of Sale systems, phone system installation, and overall technical support.
